You sell the website. We research it, write it, design it and host it — inside a platform that carries your logo, your colors and your domain. Your client signs in to you. There is no plan, no seat count and no contract.

02 — How it runs
The division of labour is deliberately boring. You own the client. We own the production and the infrastructure. Nothing in between requires a meeting.
You keep the relationship, the contract and the margin. We are never on the call, never on the invoice and never on the site.
Brief us on the client — services, market, brand, the towns they want to rank in. We research the market, write the copy, design the pages and hand the finished site to your account.
Edit visually, edit the code, edit the database, brief the agent in plain English. Publish to staging on your own domain, then to the client's.
Certificates, DNS, uptime and backups on a flat monthly fee per live site. Cancel one site and that fee stops; nothing else changes.
03 — The platform
This is not a page builder with a client login bolted on. It is the same workspace our own team builds in — the visual editor, the code, the database, the agent — handed to you white-labelled, down to the address your client signs in at.
Hero
Emergency plumbing in Fairfield, answered in ten minutes.
Selected. Type over it, or brief the agent to rewrite the section.
Click any element on the live page and change it. Copy, images, sections, order.
Every page, the stylesheet and the metadata, editable by hand. Revert to the generated version at any point.
The real tables behind the site — pages, assets, briefs, threads — not a mock-up of them.
Brief it the way you would brief a junior. It edits the site, not a draft of the site.
Choose the model the agent runs on for the whole account, or override it for one demanding site.
Push any generated site into your own GitHub repository so your history and reviews apply.
Previews are served from your staging domain. Live sites sit on the client's own.
Your mark in the sidebar, your colors, your support address, your sign-in page for clients and staff.
04 — Rate card
You pay to build a site, you pay to keep it online, and you pay for the work the agent does after that. Buy builds and credits in bulk and the unit price falls.
$250 each
A build is a complete site: research, copy, design, pages and metadata. Buy in bulk and we add builds on top rather than shaving the price.
